No, we don't offer a repair service. You're welcome to arrange a qualified repair technician yourself. If your product is still under warranty and has a fault, chat with us and our team will help you with the warranty process.

This covers any Ausclimate or Winix product.

If it's still under warranty

Chat with us and tell us your model number, when and where you bought it, and what's wrong. A photo or short video helps. Our team will take you through the warranty process. To check your warranty, see What are the warranties?.

If it's out of warranty

You can take it to a qualified repair technician of your choice. Don't open the product or try to repair it yourself.

In Australia, dehumidifier spare parts are on the Ausclimate spare parts page. In New Zealand, chat with us about parts. For air purifier filters, see Where can I purchase replacement filters?

Stop using it if

• it smells like burning, sparks or smokes;
• the cord, plug or casing is hot, melted or damaged.

Switch it off at the wall and unplug it, if it's safe to do so, and don't use it again.
