Filter Club is a subscription for replacement Winix air purifier filters. You pay for and receive a new filter pack every 12 months, with a minimum 1-year subscription. To change your details, your subscription or your payment, or to cancel, chat with us with your order number and our team will help.
How it works
- When you buy a replacement filter pack on the Ausclimate website, you can choose a one-time purchase or join Filter Club.
- If you join, you pay for and receive new filters every 12 months.
- There's a minimum 1-year subscription.

Which filters are included
Replacement filter packs for Winix air purifiers, including the Compact 4-Stage, ZERO 4-Stage, ZERO+ PRO 5-Stage and ZERO+ 360. Check the product page to see if the Filter Club option is available for your filter.
Change, pause or cancel your subscription
If you're already a member, you can sign in to your account from the Filter Club page.
For anything else, like a new delivery address, a payment that didn't go through, a duplicate subscription or cancelling, chat with us. Tell us:
- your name and the email address on your subscription;
- your order number;
- what you'd like to change.
